Windchill 11.0 M030-CPS13 often goes offline after upgrading to Windows 10

We use Creo 4.0 M070  with Windchill 11.0 M030-CPS13.

 

The problem occurs when the user is not working for a certain period of time (for example 1 hour).

 

During the period of Window 7 usage we met "offline appearance" very rarely.

Now on Windows 10 this phenomenon is more common.

Do you have any explanation ?

Windows 10 and OneDrive cause all kinds of problems with WGM for Inventor.  Perhaps it does for Creo as well. You might explore some of those OneDrive issues.
