Windchill 11.0 – Unable to Access Policy Administration

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.0 and Datecode with CPS M030-CPS08 The customer is using Windchill 11.0. They are unable to access Policy Administration. When accessing the administrator console with F12, the following error occurs: http://wc-server.selcos.co.kr/Windchill/wtcore/jsp/domain/admin/netmarkets/javascript/util/log4javascript/log4javascript.js How can they restore access to the policy administration page? Here are the errors that I faced http://wc-server.selcos.co.kr/Windchill/wtcore/jsp/domain/admin/netmarkets/javascript/util/log4javascript/log4javascript.js

First off, avoid posting your actual server address for security reasons. This site is public. Second, was there any system changes or patching recently? I know when I just applied the last PTC security patch, it left some of my files (on RHEL) with restrictive permissions. It was things like javascipt pages making the product structure tab not function. Resetting read access recursively to codebase folder fixed it.
