Question

Windchill 11.2 installation aborts as "installation is aborting"

PSI shows this error in detail and installation fails.Screenshot 2022-12-26 130353.png

java.lang.Exception: deploy failed for (ie) with return code = 1.

 

I have attached a log file generated also please someone help me with it.

    I checked that article, and my system specifications are appropriate and still I am getting this error message.

    Hello,

     

    The other possible reasons:

    • The password of the WindchillDS administrator cn=Manager contains special characters e.g. @,*,$. 
    • The Info Engine installation media is corrupt. Download new CD from PTC ESupport
    • https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/cs355004 (This only for reference. currently, from the attached log, should not relate this issue)
