Windchill 11 - HTTP Status 404 wtcore/jsp

Hi,

When I want to open any site utilities like server status, visualization conf, etc. I'm getting an error: HTTP Status 404. I checked that these files are in jsp folder but they cannot be load properly.

Clear cache of Apache and Tomcat and restart the method servers.

I think the troubleshooting should start with check if the file is present in the folder and has appropriate permissions.
