Windchill 12.x on Azure and Oracle Database as IaaS

We are planning to set up Windchill on the cloud using the following high level infrastructure:

Windchill Application on Azure VM

Windchill connected to Oracle Database on OCI (Oracle Cloud) as IaaS

CAD Worker on Azure VM

ThingWorx and Navigate on PostgreSQL on a VM with a self-contained database

Let me know if anyone has any thoughts specifically on the Oracle database on OCI as an IaaS

There was an announcement from Oracle about Oracle DB on OCI
