I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.0.3

You may want to try testing your authentication using the wt.auth.Authentication utility. Instructions in the ticket:.

Is this a new install or an upgrade? Could be a license issue with the admin user. Send more info.
