Windchill Calendar: Delegate

Is it possible to delegate your tasks to a group rather than an idividual user through the caldendar?

One thing that I have noticed and I'm wondering if anyone is experiencing this, when I try to get a list of users, not all users appear. I can locate the missing users through "find" when I actually insert the user name. I'm just wondering why some users are appearing and some don't.
