Windchill Connectivity

Windchill intermittently drops users and shortly reestablishes connectivity. The blips occur several times throughout the day and users receive an error indicating the server is currently unavailable.

The worst kind of issue to diagnose... 

 

When you say "intermittently drops users" - is it dropping all users, or just individuals? Any pattern to the blips? Sounds like it may be a network issue and not specifically a Windchill issue.
