Windchill Error:-- Could not initialize class com.ptc.core.appsec.FoundationHolder

Hello,

The problem description, platform and maintenance release matches the issue described in this PTC doc.
PDMLink 10.1 M030 Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard
Creo 2.0 M100

problem is sometime intermittent , sometimes easy to replicate.

Seen in the Creo embedded browser.

Since you just don't casually install Maintenance releases, and the document was lacking any additional mitigation strategies, I asked PTC Support to provide info on 1.) how to confirm this is the issue and 2.) how to workaround.  I am awaiting their promised response.......

In the meantime, I wanted to see if anyone had already run into this and received any helpful info from PTC or any other source.  I have attached the error.
