Windchill filtered extraction

com.ptc.windchill.migration.wbm.wc2wc.util.WBMException: (wt.fc.fcResource/0) wt.util.WTException:

The operation: "getSeedDependents" failed.

Please let me know how we can resolve the above error while doing filtered extraction

Please let me know is there any solution for above error for filtered extraction or any other way to do extraction for a particular container.
