Windchill FMEA: How to readjust the configured code of 1 to represent 1 in value in FMEA?

Version: Windchill 11.0

 

Use Case: Hi all, I am using the Windchill FMEA to configure the Severity, Occurence and Detection of each failure mode.


Description:


However, when I entered the value of 1 in Severity/Occurence/Detection, the RPN immediately runs to 0.
When there is a new number, the system prompts to add in the "ADD LIST ITEM" for instance the list "Severity Military", "Occurence Military" and "Detection Military".

Prompting for Code, Display Text and Value.

Is there a menu of function which I can reconfigure the Code of 1? It seems that the value of it is not properly registered.
I appreciate if anyone can assist in this. Thank you.
