Windchill Intralink users workplace access

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.0.2

We have several users who receive an error when accessing their Windchill workplace:
Windchill Error
Contact your administrator for assistance. The following is the reference information.

Request ID: 4eijagow;mm35x217;408;svgrmk;80046
Request URI: /Windchill/ptc1/workspaces/MyWorkspace
Query string: AjaxEnabled=thirdLevelNav
Status code: 500
Exception: java.lang.IllegalStateException: getReader() has already been called for this request

We have found a workaround, possible from the client but not from web access. If the user goes to ‘File -> Server Management -> Workspace’, selects one of their workspaces and activates it with the right mouse button, it starts working again. The problem is that we have different users who have many workspaces, and performing this task on each user/workspace takes a long time. Is there a way to check what is causing this ‘problem’ and whether we can fix it for everyone centrally?

Thank you.
Best regards,

Here are the errors that I faced

ID richiesta: 4eijagow;mm35x217;408;svgrmk;80405

Stringa interrogazione: AjaxEnabled=thirdLevelNav

Eccezione: java.lang.IllegalStateException: getReader() has already been called for this request

    Thank you for your help.
We verified that the servers had restarted unexpectedly due to a problem with the virtualizer's data stores. We then shut down the Windchill services on the app server by setting them to manual, restarted the database server, restarted the app server, and restarted the Windchill services using the correct procedure. Once the two servers had been restarted cleanly, the problem was resolved.

Thank you again for your help.

This appears to be your issue. https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS434423?source=search

The error does appear in other areas. Give it a shot and let us know if it fixes it.

    Another article was this: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS409083?source=search

Generically, the system is seeing duplicate requests. I've seen this with viewing PDFs in Chrome via internal PDF renderer.
