Windchill iteration Upgrade

My current windchill version is Windchill 12.0.1.1.

However, there is no thingworks or codebeamer compatible with this version.

Windchill version upgrade is difficult but

If I want to upgrade WIndchill to 12.0.2.13, will it be very difficult?

Do I need to change everything?

For example, I use Work group manager.

Do I need to update this for all users?

Only for Windchill, it's easy to update (not upgrade) to Windchill 12.0.2.13 from Windchill 12.0.1.1. Just install the latest CPS for 12.0.2.0.

The latest CPS version is 14, if you want CPS 13, you can find it in 'Show all Other Available Versions'

Note: Upgrade means Major version change, as Windchill 11.x → Windchill 12.x

My main concern was that I would have to go through the upgrade process for one simple reason.

I think it will be as you say.

It would be more beneficial to increase it to 14.

and increasing it to 14 will be more beneficial.
