Windchill License extraction and Dynatrace

I'd like to retrieve the license count and consumption that we have in Windchill so that we can report on that in Dynatrace. I'm looking for any opportunities to retrieve via API, output to logs, or any other creative way to retrieve that information from Windchill. Being able to see our license consumption in Dynatrace would be very helpful.  Has anyone else done something like that before?
