windchill office integration unable to start

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020 CPS30

when we try to open the WTDocument primary content in excel, "windchill office integration unable to start" this error is persisting.

Here are the errors that I faced

    We were constantly having issues with out users using DTI.  Most, even close to all, of them stopped using it so we left that behind several years back.
