Windchill PDM 管理權限問題

I am using Windchill PDM Essentials Release N/A and Datecode with CPS N/A

我在編輯某項產品專案的資料夾權限時,無法設定特定參與者/網域(ex:/Default/001_ID)進行編輯的動作,但在其他產品專案卻可正常執行,請協助釐清哪裡有設定錯誤的地方, 謝謝。

Here are the errors that I faced
Checkin failed: xx-id-test.prt. See the Event Management console for details.
Warning: Regained floating license: you can resume working.

    Hi,

    We recently encountered a problem when changing folder permissions. After following the steps on pages 11-16 of the attached PDF, we found that the ID user (participant domain 001_ID) is still unable to upload files to that folder. Please assist in troubleshooting. Thank you!

    PS. This problem only occurs with folders under a specific project; the same settings work fine for other projects.

    Btw, Can we communicate in Chinese?

    or the Screen Shot what it tells in event management console?

    There is no attached PDF. If you modified access rights, you need to look into the methodserver logs for denials associated with the time of the check in and this user. Also, the error message is directing you to the Event Manager console which will have more details to why the check in failed.
