Windchill PSI 13.1.4.1 Update Problem

Hello everybody,

 

I am new in updating the Windchill System. I would like to update a 13.1.4.0 System to a 13.1.4.1. All services were shut down. But during the installation process I am not allowed to select any of those options. 

 

What am I doing wrong?

Are you running the setup file from the 13.1.4.1 CPS download?

    Yes I’m running it from 13.1.4.1 CPS download ...

    There might be multiple reasons for this as outlined here. The linked article contains solutions for the listed reasons.

    If you are new, then you are likely logging in as a different user. Which means that this is likely the issue.

    You can copy the psi*.xml files to your user profile location and then run the CPS setup. I had to do this when we updated the system for MPMLink and the old system admin had left the company.
