Windchill representation manual upload

I have manually created representation for Creo cad file using the "proebatch.bat" option.

Is it possible to attach the manually published output files to Windchill object directly?
If not possible directly is there are other ways to do this?

It does involve a customization and it looks like a 12 version has not been created so I would assume the 11 one works.
