Windchill risk and reliability Calculation

Hello 

I am currently using Windchill risk and reliability (11.1) for my prediction MTBF calculation.

Please see attached file for my setting.

here is what I did .

in my system file I created one part under child assembly with fix FIT data and used (217Plus 2015 Parts Count N1 and 217Plus 2006 Parts Count ) same environment, but only 217Plus 2006 Parts Count changed Failure Rate prediction when changed temperature, but not  217Plus 2015 Parts Count N1.

Please help me out
