Windchill Risk and Reliability Conversion

I am trying to open .rsn files created in Windchill Risk and Reliability v11, in v12. This requires a conversion, which appears to be completing successfully. However when I go to open the file again, it keeps telling me it must be converted. Where is the converted file stored?
