Windchill Risk and Reliability - Problems generating cut set

I am currently working on modeling a large and complex system in WRR. The problem I am having is that WRR seems to be hanging up when trying to generate the cut set for the diagram. It gets to 1%, or 24%, or 2 etc, and then will stay at that level of progress for hours without progressing any further. Is there any known issues with the way that it calculates cut sets off of the RBD, or any methods of modeling that the cut set generator has a hard time with? Is it possible that the model is just too large?
