Windchill-'Search' bar missing in the side navigation bar in Windchill PDM and not seeing

I am using Windchill ProjectLink Release 11.2 and Datecode with CPS 11.2.1.0

Windchill-'Search' bar missing in the side navigation bar in Windchill PDM and not seeing other attributes post log in, Browse and Utilities.

    Normally that behavior occurs when a user does not have the correct licenses assigned or their user profile has not been updated after a license change.  Please ask your administrator to check your license assignment and do a 'remove from cache' command on your user account from the participant administration table.
