windchill to RTM state model seen as in work state.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.0.2

one user face problem in windchill to RTM state model seen as in work state.
same user face to not seen search RTM state model .

    Hi @PC_10366408 

    Can you describe the issue with more information? For example what is the RTM ? Many users can not see your thoughts what you mean. 

    Usually the issue is cased by the ACL.

    User is not part of product team/wrong role where the model is stored.

    RTM could stand for Release To Manufacturing?
