Version: Windchill 13.0

 

Use Case: Customer sends publish job to worker. It says it failed but the thumbnail is generated.


Description:

Have a customer that sends jobs to the worker. The worker says job failed but it gives no error and the thumbnail is generate.

Can you post details of the log? Is the end visualization retrievable?

yes, attached is the details of the log. And yes the end visualization is retrievable.

Stumped here but there still may be clues in the log. I suspect there might be something reported in other logs, Perhaps after the visualization data was uploaded. Check the site-system monitor for the other CAD agent logs for issues. See what you find. Also look at the background methodserver log for messages during a publish job.
