I would like to know WGM 9.1 M070 will work in Windows 10?

By keeping Windchill 9.1 M070 can I update the Arbortext Editor (from 6.0 to 6.1) and IsoDraw (from 7.2 to 7.3) and creo Illustrate (from 3.0 to 3.1)?
