windows compatibility with Windchill 12.0.2

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.0 and Datecode with CPS M030

Hi Team,

1. Is the windows 2012 server compatible with windchill12.0.2?
2. Can we upgrade the Windows OS to the latest without losing the configurations of Windchill?

Please share your recommendations.

    Short answers:

    1. No

    2. Maybe, my IT could not do an upgrade from Windows 2016 to 2019 and had to do a fresh install which wiped out a lot of stuff. I did not have Windchill running on those machines so not sure what would have happened. I do NOT install Windchill or Oracle on the c: drive, my installs are on the e: drive with my file vaults on the Windchill server f: drive.
