Windu without Physical files or vaults

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.0 and Datecode with CPS M030-CPS06

we are planning to perform Upgrade from 11.0 M030-CPS06 to to 12.1.2.10 to 13.0.2.1.

our team has performed the rehost and there are no physical files copied from prod vault to dev vault.
can we proceed ahead with Windu, without any physical files? don't we need the physical files for the upgrade rehearsals?

could you please suggest here.

If you are doing an upgrade to a new set of servers, you do not need to do the rehost first.

Install the new version of Windchill, copy over the LDIF, Oracle data dump and vaults and then run Upgrade Manager.

    Hi @BP_11893543 

    Generally you can do an upgrade without file vaults.

    Upgrade manager offers an option to skip the vault verification and make a vault configuration manually on your upgraded system post upgrade.
