Workaround to store Solidworks 3d interconnect files with Creo data in Windchill

We have a few assemblies where it is desirable to assemble native Creo files in Solidworks. Solidworks 3d interconnect supports this Windchill does not. 

  • Are there any workarounds to still manage this data using Workgroup manager?
  • Any other possibilities such as Packages?
