Workflow sub process task gets terminated without errors

I am using custom CAPA Evaluation workflow which has nested Workflow getting triggered on conditional routing. However as soon as the nested Workflow is trigerred I get the email notification for the first task, however few seconds the workflow gets terminated and moves ahead to next CAPA investigation workflow
