WPA - FROM on Cancellation email needs to be configurable

The FROM on the Request email is configurable.    The FROM on a Cancellation email that is sent to the supplier for Supplier or Supplier Part request cancellations needs to be configurable as well.    It currently defaults to the user that performed the cancellation.  This may not be the person that the supplier should contact if they have any questions.
