WQS 10.2 FRACAS: is it possible to make the "Configurations" pane showing up first after starting WGS FRACAS (standard is "Systems Tree Items" in our system)?

In the upper section I´d like to have the Configurations (first pane) showing up first after startup of WQS FRACAS.

This is logically the first to be selected, then the corresponding System Tree Item (next pane) to create a FRACAS incident.

Currently our system is configures as follows: System Tree Items (active after startup) / Configurations / Problems
