I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS F000


error "wt.doc.WTDocument:7784899724" during removing document DSH00008647 from many parts. we can't make any update to parts due this message error the same message when i launched loader remove link of document ( Message;partType;View;partID;partRevision;docType;docID;docRevision;partner;Link Removal The object with the following key was deleted or inaccessible: "wt.doc.WTDocument:7784899724";SupplierPart;;A300752500;;Datasheet;DSH00008647;;V501644--COFICAB TUNISIE SA;Yes )

    I think we need more information than this. What operations occurred when this message appears? Screen shots? Based on what I see, it speaks to a broken link in the database. Is it some parts or all parts? Was there any manipulation of the database or customization running which could account for this?

      You should probably open a case with PTC Technical Support as they can use Teams and see your machine.

      The Community is a group of users helping other users and we do not have those tools available to us. If we do, I doubt any user will connect their system to yours.
