wt.pom.PersistenceException error

Ran Upgrade Manager to go from 10.0m040 to 11.0m030 and finally made it all the way hrough.

However I have 2 issues:

1)When I start up Windchill 11, my Method Server log quickly fills with errors all seem to be repeats of this:

ERROR [WVSScheduleQueue.SchedulingThread]

wt.wvs.schedule.ScheduledThumbnailProcessor Administrator - Skipping DerivedImage

2) The state and version information on a detial info page show ???version??? and ???state??? instead of the information that should be there.

Hi Ben,

I have seen the second problem in one of the issue for state .It happens when there are custom entries.

Could you check the SeriesRangeSelectorRB.RBInfo file for the custom entries.

If the Custom entries are missing, create it using enumCustomize utility

Execute ant-f Makejar.xml command after adding a custom entry to the file and restart the server.
