WTDocument not able to create with Any attachments throwing File Vault issue

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.2.22 After rehosting from one local VM to another VM, I am unable to create a WTDocument with primary content, and it is throwing File Vault-related errors. Can you download files that are stored in file vault folder?

Have you repointed the vaults to the new server name? The error indicates that the vault mounts are not valid. Start at the top of the structure (The computer name that hosts the vaults) and work your way down to the physical file vaults , being sure that all mounts are validated.
