WTpart master attributes: default values not set when created by WGM

Hello,

 

I have several WTpart master attributes with defined default values. The default value display mode is set to prepopulate.

 

When I create a new WTpart in Windchill, everything works fine.

 

However, when I create a new CAD document in the workgroup manager, which automatically creates and associates a WTpart, the default values are not set in the created WTpart.

 

Any hints how to solve this?

    What sort of CAD program are you using?  I use Inventor 2017 and we add the attributes to the CAD templates, once there they can be pre-populated or edited in the CAD object, then ported to the WTPart upon creation.

    Unfortunately no solution found so far...we still have issues with WTpart default values.

     

    Any hints on how to resolve this are welcome.
