I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.0.2

与Inventor集成后，中文名称作为文件名的模型，在生成可视化时失败，(相关工具版本windchill 12.1,creo view adapters 8.1,creo view 8.1，inventor 2020)错误信息：Failed to open Inventor Document vai ApprenticeServer[$(publish.tempdir)/publish12669499619298418784.tmp/零件4567813.ipt]

    Are you sure its related to the chinese characters? Can you share more of the error message?

    I assume these were two separate files? Please try this test. Take the same file that failed. Either rename its CAD number and filename to not have chinese characters or do a save as to achieve the same.  See if that then publishes. it will for certain identify a cause. I did not see anything specific about this in the knowledge base.  If no one else responds, next step might be a direct tech support call with PTC.
