I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.1.1

工程师本地制图后，希望再本地通过制图工具将图文件上传至WC系统，提示无法连接服务，，阻塞业务正常生产活动，

    This post is overly vague. Please clarify with screen shots or error messages. Not sure what you mean by "map" but this could be a translation issue. Which CAD tool are you using?
