• Does the upload failure occur only with one specific CAD file, or with all new CAD files?
• Have you verified if the CAD file path or name contains special characters or non-ASCII text?
• Are you using a supported version of the CAD tool and integration with Windchill?

Did you start there and check for solutions first? That should always be your first step is the knowledge base.
