Affected Objects table collector behaviour

I have a WTPart 2.2 linked CAD Drawing 2.1.

Removed the content link on 2.2 and checked in.

There is no content link for WTPart 2.3 Version.

When i am trying collect the related objects for CAD Drawing 2.1 in change order the collector is picking up 2.3 version which is wrong.

It this the default OOTB Behaviour?

Is there any thing we can configure?

In my opinion a point is that a collector find the WTPart 2.2 and try to add it to the table and the Affected table always update and shows the latest iteration of the revision.

 

I guess that this is OOTB behavior.
