Altium Parameter Passing in ECAD IBA Attributes

Dear Team,

I am working on passing Altium parameter values to Windchill ECAD Object IBA Attributes.
The integration is not working properly from publish.xml. Please suggest a way how can I configure / customize Windchill to achieve this requirement?
