As per PTC Technical Support there is No API to create a Disposition plan for Nonconformance.

Umm...what exactly are you asking for? There are many ways to deal with nonconformances. Are you talking about the Variance function?

We are using QMS Nonconformance function to deal with nonconformances.

I need a JAVA API to create a Disposition Plan for Nonconformance programmatically.

So a separate NCR database and you need a JAVA API to feed info from it into PDM for the disposition, engineering changes, etc?
