Cannot export occurence expression of component through Windchill ESI (REST)

Version: Windchill 12.0
Use Case: All cases when I want to define quantity rule for components under assembly. This include using occurence or parameter/constraint.
Description:
Hello community,
According to About Publishing Associated Assigned Expressions, my understanding is that all expression should be exportable.
However, while testing, I am only able to find and validate REST services for extracting item/usage expression into XML file. Function to call out occurence expression information seems to be missing.
Additionally, I cannot find any information to extract parameter&constraint information neither.
I am very thankful if a pro can help confirm it or correct me with additional information. I am trying to include all material selection logics in XML and exchange with ERP, quantity logics will be missing with above restrictions.
