I want to know from where CAPA Action Plan workflow get triggering in background from CAPA Plan workflow. Please help to let me know

Hi Mohit,

It Is not initiated from CAPA plan workflow. When you create an Action plan in CAPA Request and it is at 'Implementation' State, CAPA Action Plan workflow is triggered. It is triggered based on the Lifecycle state of Action Plan.
