I wonder if there is a way and exchange address in the two windchill tab and leave one that my pattern and if the possibility to disable the second.

You can control what tabs appear with these Creo config options:

enable_3dmodelspace_browser_tab
enable_partcommunity_tab

enable_punditas_browser_tab
enable_resource_browser_tab
web_browser_homepage

Good morning, in the second tab I'm not able to add a site of my preference follows as this my config if you can guide me.

I wouldn't point the web browser home page to Windchill. You will get that automatically by just clicking on the 'Workspace' button from the folders list. Put whatever other custom web page you want into the web_browser_homepage config option.
