check in is associated with IP address

I want to know that if checking in a part in windchill is having any data to trace whether which computer has uploaded it, like IP address or so........

Hi Somya,

You may want to try enabling the audit logs for Check-in event and generate the Security Audit report and check if it provides the IP information. There are some events, where I do get IP Address but I haven't tried specifically with check-in. You can refer to the following article to enable the logs. Note, this will dump all the information in database so I would not recommend to try this on production directly.
