Code to download an EPM document without contentwriter

Hello all, 

I am trying to write a code that can open an EPM Document in CREO through Windchill Workgroup Manager so that I can download the file with proper links because contentwriter is removing leading zeroes from the .prt number , due to which the links with the drawing are not coming properly and I am not able to open the downloaded .prt file in CREO .If anyone has faced this issue can he/she tell me the solution .
