CreatePartWizard: How to link to extra information about an attribute?

We currently have over 15 different attributes to (optionally) fill in when creating a part and for users it's getting a bit hard to understand all of them. It would be nice to add a way to find extra information on that attribute, but we can't seem to really find something.

Possible things we would like:

• A tooltip on long hover with a explanation of what this attribute does:
• 
• Or just a text block explaining what you see.
• Make the attribute label a hyperlink that links to a knowledge base.

Is any of these possible in Windchill? Or maybe something else? Any help or insights would be much appriciated!
