Use Case: I am trying to change the initial value of the "Default Trace Code" attribute from "Untraced" to "Serial Number".

It seems this cannot be done in "Type and Attribute Management". Can anybody advise how this can be achieved?

It's not clear on how you can apply a "Default Trace Code" initial value to one part type and a different initial value to a different part type. It seems the article doesn't explain how to achieve this.
