Deputy for Promotion Process Approver

Hello,

For example: If someone at the company gets ill, all Tasks he/she recieves won't be processed. If he has got a deputy, those tasks would be processed, even though he's not in the company.

So is there a possibility to set a deputy for a specific user, who can approve the tasks?
