Duplicate items getting created while importing BOM sheet by using "Update" option

Hi All,

I'm trying to Update my existing BOM by using importable spreadsheet, however import got successful by using "Update Only" option but creating duplicate usage items in BOM Structure. Can anyone can provide solution to avoid duplicate usage items and need to update only changes?
